Van that Kan’s driver appeal

Loads better to drive – that will be the new Renault Kangoo van. Based on the Scenic platform, it should offer car-like road manners.

When it arrives next year, the model will be available in both long and short-wheelbase forms. Buyers will have a choice of two petrol engines and three diesels, while standard equipment includes a CD/MP3 stereo and Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity.

MAZDA 2

The new Mazda 2 has been given the boot – it’s now available as a saloon. The four-door version of the supermini was unveiled last week at a motor show in China.

It goes on sale early next year, and the new bodystyle increases the boot capacity to 450 litres from the hatchback’s 250 litres.
